The fix → Rebalance energy costs so a standard lesson can be finished, or let users keep the hearts model.

Five years after hitting my 1,000-day streak and two years after hitting my 2,000 day streak I've decided to end my streak and uninstall Duolingo. I thought I'd take a minute to share my reasons for ending my streak as.
Why is Duolingo not opening? I have the app downloaded but it doesn't work.
While it started good, this app has quickly spiraled into something I dread doing. For starters, every single time challenge is far too short and should be at least 2 to 5 minutes longer.
Been using this app basically since it was started, its gone downhill so bad. I dont mind paying, but its gotten more expensive for less.
I just reached level 80 in french on duolingo. For anyone curious about what that actually means in practice, here’s what I can do: I can understand Le Monde youtube channel and other french youtubers comfortably(Except some.
The app has become extremely buggy. I constantly have to close and reopen it to update my progress after finishing a lesson.
I know it seems like a tiny thing, but one of the things I love about Finch is that it resets for the day at 4am rather than midnight. As a bit of a night owl (is that a birb joke?) I get round to a lot of my self-care tasks.
