The fix → Ship the requested option behind a setting and let it persist between sessions.

Display available miles instead of lifetime miles so I know how much I can spend/redeem. Or at least give me an option to switch to if you die die must have lifetime miles as default.

Keep the miles and spending amounts of the rejected transactions so that I can reconcile which specific order is rejected. Heymax just need to change the status from 'pending' to 'rejected'.
