Dead-end: this says my preferences have no subjects, but the dashboard "My Subjects" lists 4 (Advanced Mathematics, Biology, Business, Economics) and the page's own saved data confirms them. New Question Set, Upload to Mark, and New Upload all reject saved HSC subjects with this message, so an HSC student can never create a set.
