It seems the demo video here is too large of a blob and needs to be compressed otherwise it takes > 10s to load on first initail page load leading to this unloaded UI

There are scalability issues for this video that pops up here. It should be zoomed out so then you can see the full duck as he swims up. the, the route. And not just see half of him on the mobile phone view.

You need to change this hero bar to be the exact same as the tryproduck.com website, which is the black hero bar. Ensure that when you scroll up above it, when you add in this new hero bar, there's no white space above it as well, so it fits very nicely directly onto the page.

If you look at this SVG annotation image here, you'll see that the text retained— since it's orange on an orange line, it can't be visible. So instead, you should move this text up. a bit higher. Similar as well, we see the drifting text that should also be moved up a bit higher because the G is currently being blocked out by the black line as well.
